What does MIGA Food Manufacturing make?
MIGA manufactures authentic Argentine empanadas for wholesale, foodservice, co-packing, and private label. The recipes come from Martin Fierro Restaurant in Naples, Florida (est. 2003).
What empanada flavors do you offer?
Beef, Chicken, Ham & Cheese, Spinach, Italian Sausage, Spicy Italian Sausage, plus a plant-based "Beef & Chorizo" and Plant-Based Chicken. Confirm the current lineup with our team.
Do you do co-packing and private label?
Yes. We offer branded wholesale, co-packing (manufacturing to your spec and volume), and private label (our empanadas under your own brand).
Who do you sell to?
Foodservice distributors, grocery and specialty retailers, restaurants, country clubs, hotels, caterers, and food brands — nationwide.
Do you offer plant-based empanadas?
Yes — a real plant-based line, including a plant-based "Beef & Chorizo" and Plant-Based Chicken, so one supplier covers meat and plant-based demand.
What are your minimums, pricing, and lead times?

Are your products certified for food safety?
Food-safety documentation is provided to qualified buyers. Please contact us to request current certifications and specifications.

MIGA is a women-owned manufacturer based in Southwest Florida (Naples / Ave Maria) and ships nationally.
