A famous restaurant empanada, built for scale.

In 2003, Martin Fierro Restaurant opened in Naples with a beef empanada recipe inspired by its Argentinian butcher. It became one of the most-loved empanadas in town. In 2021, demand outgrew the dining room — and MIGA Food Manufacturing was born to bring that same recipe to kitchens and shelves across the country.

Today we produce a full lineup — traditional, classic, and genuinely good plant-based — with the consistency a buyer needs and the authenticity your customers can taste.
